- Verifiable income must be 3 times the monthly rent
- Verifiable employment
- Verifiable landlord references
- Good credit score
- Outstanding judgments from landlords
- Bad landlord references
- Mutiple late payments
- Open bankruptcies
- Property damage, assault, sex or fraud convictions
- One pet per household
- $300 pet deposit
- Monthly Pet Rent of $25.
- Size of pet may be a disqualifier
- No Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers or similar breeds
- Approval varies with property
To apply you will need to submit the following documentation:
1. Proof of income and employment. Pay-stubs and/or bank statements are required documents.
2. Verification of previous residency (proof of ownership or landlord contact info required).
3. Two forms of government-issued IDs for each applicant 18 years old and older.
4. Copy of your Driver’s Licence or other legal form of identification.
